Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO PARA ESTICAR E FECHAR CINTAS DE AMARRAçãO". No dispositivo inventivo para o esticamento e fechamento de cintas de amarração de material plástico, uma extremidade da cinta (20) é guiada entre um rolo tensor (13) e um elemento de separação auto-ajustável (15) e a outra extremidade da cinta (21) entre o elemento de separação (15) e uma placa de aperto (14) que pode ser aproximada em direção ao rolo tensor. A fim de poder abrir o dispositivo de novo após o esticamento e a solda das duas extremidades da cinta facilmente, para tirá-lo da amarração, é alocado ao elemento de separação (15) um elemento de desbloqueio (32) que desloca o elemento de separação quando do levantamento da placa de aperto (14) da sua posição relativa em relação ao rolo tensor, respectivamente à placa de aperto aproximadamente de maneira paralela em relação a ambas as extremidades da cinta (20, 21) de maneira que, já depois de um caminho pequeno de afrouxamento, de abertura respectivamente, o elemento de separação não mais pressiona a extremidade da cinta correspondente (20) contra o rolo tensor e com isso permite que a extremidade saia fora de encaixe com o rolo tensor.
