Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA DENSIDADE DE UM FLUIDO". Um sistema e um método para obter uma densidade de fluido de um fluido (2) em um tanque (10) inclui, por exemplo, um primeiro sensor (80) acoplado a um segundo sensor (100) por meio de uma extensão. Os dois sensores (80, 100) são acoplados a um transmissor (120). Os sensores (80, 100) são baixados no fluido (20) do tanque (10) , de modo que o primeiro sensor (80) é posicionado em um primeiro nível de fluido (4) e o segundo sensor (100) é posicionado em um segundo nível de fluido (50). A pressão de fluido nos dois níveis é sentido pelos dois sensores (80, 100), que afeta a pressão de fluido de um fluido de enchimento dentro do alojamento (70) do sistema. O efeito da pressão de fluido do fluido de enchimento é sentido pelo transmissor (120), que cria um sinal elétrico relativo às pressões de fluido sentidas pelos dois sensores (80, 100).
