Abstract
"FERRAMENTA PARA USO EM FURO DE POçO E MéTODO DE OPERAçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO PARA PADRãO PARA USO EM UM FURO DE POçO". Uma fibra de ferramenta para uso em um furo de poço incluindo um dispositivo padrão (16) apresentando um orifício (22) para recebimento da pressão em uma região (18) de coroa anular do furo de poço. Uma pressão elevada é comunicada junto ao conjunto (102) de disco de ruptura localizado no orifício para romper o conjunto de disco de ruptura. A pressão elevada é então comunicada através de uma travessia (116A-116F) junto a um mecanismo de ativação de um dispositivo padrão. O mecanismo de ativação é adaptado para abertura de um dispositivo (510) de controle de fluxo que controla o fluxo através de um ou mais orifícios do dispositivo padrão. Em outra disposição, o mecanismo de ativação do dispositivo padrão pode incluir um transdutor (500) de pressão para recebimento dos sinais de pulso de pressão. Em resposta aos sinais de pulso de pressão de amplitude e largura de pulso pré-determinadas, o transdutor de pressão pode gerar um sinal de ativação junto a um atuador para operação do dispositivo de controle de fluxo. Ainda uma outra disposição inclui um sincronizador (208) para ativação do dispositivo padrão. O sincronizador é ativado através de uma pressão elevada. Entretanto, um conjunto (202) de disco de ruptura é posicionado para bloquear a comunicação da pressão de fluido junto ao sincronizador até que o conjunto de disco de ruptura seja rompido.
