Abstract

INICIADOR DE PISTÃO PARA CONJUNTO DE DESVIO. Um iniciador de pistão é usado em um conjunto tendo uma ferramenta de fresagem e uma cunha de desvio para criar um desvio em um furo de poço. Um pistão disposto em uma posição de topo de poço em um furo da ferramenta de fresagem impede que o furo se comunique com a porta. Uma linha da porta pode comunicar a pressão aos componentes na cunha de desvio para iniciar sua ativação. O pistão é móvel a partir da posição de topo de poço, mas é mantido por uma conexão liberável configurada para liberar o pistão em resposta a uma força predeterminada do fluxo de fluido em uma direção de fundo de poço contra uma área de superfície exposta do pistão. Um ressalto de topo de poço na ferramenta de fresagem impede o movimento do pistão em uma direção de topo de poço, de modo que o pistão não tensione a conexão liberável em resposta ao fluxo de fluido reverso através da ferramenta de fresagem.
