Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHAGEM DE PROCESSAMENTO DE VìDEO DIGITAL, E VEìCULO DE LEITURA POR COMPUTADOR". São fornecidos um método e aparelhagem de processamento de vídeo digital. O método para processamento de imagens digitais recebidas na forma de fluxos de vídeo comprimidos compreendendo a etapa de determinação de um histograma de intensidade por região (RIH) com base na informação de compensação de movimento das estruturas intermediárias. A informação RIH é obtida com base nos valores de compensação de movimento das estruturas intermediárias, e a informação RIH é um bom indicador da informação de movimento de uma cena de vídeo. Ainda, uma vez que a informação RIH é bem um bom indicador da intensidade da cena de vídeo, os fluxos de vídeos apresentando intensidades similares podem ser efetivamente buscados através de busca por cenas de vídeo similares com base na informação RIH obtida pelo método de processamento de vídeo digital.
