Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ISOLADORES ELéTRICOS DECOMPóSITO DE ENRUGAMENTO". Ao enrugar ajustes (3) deextremidade de metal contra uma haste (2) de fibra de vidro de umisolador elétrico de voltagem alta ou média (1), rachaduras podemaparecer na haste. Para possibilitar uma detecção antecipada epredição de rachaduras, um método de monitoração é proposto oqual inclui as etapas de: <sym> medição da força e/ou pressãoaplicada aos ajustes de extremidade (3) pelos mordentes deenrugamento (11) durante o enrugamento, <sym> medição dadistância percorrida pelos mordentes (11) durante o enrugamento,<sym> detecção de uma mudança na razão entre a força e/oupressão e a distância. O uso de transdutores de força e/oupressão no aparelho de enrugamento permite uma monitoraçãomuito confiável do processo de enrugamento.
