Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ACESSO A POçOS DE PETRóLEO COM CONDUTOR COMPLACENTE E TUBULAçãO EM BOBINA". A presente invenção provê um sistema, incluindo um condutor complacente que pode ser embobinado, um injetor e um lubrificante para obter um acesso vertical a qualquer poço de petróleo e para inserção de uma tubulação em bobina no mesmo. O condutor complacente que pode ser embobinado provê uma distância substancial entre o injetor e a vedação anelar de poço no lubrificante e funciona como uma resistência à incisão e flexão para a tubulação em bobina no interior do mesmo facilitando a imposição das forças de compressão no mesmo. Isso possibilita que o injetor fique posicionado de forma conveniente, de maneira remota à saída de poço, não necessariamente verticalmente ou acima da saída de poço, na montagem com as saídas de poço nestas ou e, montagens completamente separadas, em veículos ou embarcações. Saídas de poço em terra, offshore e subaquáticas, todas podem ser acessadas. Os fluidos pressurizados de poço são impedidos de penetrarem no condutor complacente que pode ser embobinado, com isso diminuindo os riscos associados a sua danificação, falha ou desconexão de emergência. O condutor complacente que pode ser embobinado é capaz de assumir um formato complacente entre o injetor e o lubrificante, com isso permitindo um movimento dinâmico relativo entre estes, sem a utilização de compensadores de ancoramento. O condutor complacente que pode ser embobinado, pode ser utilizado com um lubrificante subaquático, enquanto possibilita que o injetor permaneça acima da superfície em uma embarcação flutuante ou plataforma. Este também pode ser utilizado entre um lubrificante, o qual se encontra em uma plataforma off-shore ou equipamento de perfuração e um injetor, o qual se encontra em uma embarcação flutuante ao largo.
