Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE REABASTECER TINTA EMCARTUCHOS DE TINTA PARA IMPRESSORAS DE JATO DETINTA". Um dispositivo (20) e método de reabastecer tinta emcartuchos de tinta (10) para impressoras de jato de tinta é descrito.o dispositivo e método são desenhados para expelir umaquantidade predeterminada de tinta e/ou ar de um cartucho detinta depois de reabastecer tinta no cartucho, desse modoassegurando uma passagem de tinta desejada no bocal de jato detinta (10b) da cabeça de impressão do cartucho em adição a limparo bocal, e finalmente permitindo uma reciclagem eficaz de taiscartuchos de tinta. o dispositivo consiste de uma caixa (22) e umaalmofada (24). A caixa possui um formato capaz de cobrir a parteinferior do cartucho (10) a partir de uma extremidade do cartuchoque possui uma cabeça de impressão na outra extremidade. Acaixa (22) possui um recorte (22a) em uma parede terminal da caixaque corresponde à cabeça de impressão do cartucho e umgancho de trava (22b) na outra extremidade da caixa de modo aengatar com uma projeção de trava (10d) do cartucho. A almofada(24) colocada de modo removível ascendentemente no recorte(22a) da caixa (22) a partir do fundo da caixa de modo a serposicionada em torno de um bocal de jato de tinta (10b) docartucho. Esta almofada consiste de uma placa plana (24a) , comuma saliência de encaixe de recorte (24b) formada em umasuperfície da placa e um anel de pressão (24c) formado em outrasuperfície de modo a ser colocado em contato hermético.
