Abstract
"SISTEMA ANAERóBICO DE TRATAMENTO DE LIXO URBANO, RESìDUOS AGRO-INDUSTRIAIS E BIOMASSA". O sistema, objeto da presente patente, tem uma visão sistêmica, ou seja, redireciona e otimiza fenómenos naturais para tratar o lixo urbano e resíduos agro-industriais e recuperar e adubar solos de forma a otimizar a produtividade agrícola e preservar a natureza. Trata-se de um sistema que em cerca de uma semana, fermenta e preserva o potencial alimentício e energético da matéria orgânica em forma completamente diferente daquelas que aconteceriam em condições da natureza deixada a si própria, a qual destruiria o potencial nutricional da matéria orgânica, poluiria águas e atmosfera. O sistema utiliza a fermentação anaeróbica estrita dos substratos acima aventados (lixo urbano, resíduos e descartes agro-industriais) doravante referidos somente como substratos e têm como produtos finais adubo ou ração animal sólida, farinácea, de alto conteúdo protéico, grande valor nutricional e adubo foliar líquido com grande capacidade de repelir insetos, ambos classificáveis como produtos orgânicos de grande valorização cultural na atualidade, sendo que ambos estes adubos são recuperadores da fertilidade do solo por estimular o crescimento e a ação da microflora e acrescentar ao solo ácidos húmicos gelificantes, não poluir a atmosfera com emissão de gases odoríferos, não ser metanogênico, caracterizado por ser o inoculante, causador do processo, composto por cerca de 50 tipos diferentes de microorganismos, basicamente leveduras, actinomicetos, bacilos e fotobactérias, cujas culturas destinadas a confecção do inoculante são mantidas num biotério e são originadas de coletas, isolamento, identificação, seleção e criação de cepas mutantes, sendo que o dito inoculante pode ser alterado de acordo com os substratos, as condições locais, o tempo de processamento e o resultado final pretendido e que ao final de 168 horas termina o processo anaeróbico estrito, transformando o substrato em adubo foliar líquido, adubo sólido, farináceo e/ou ração animal em forma de farelo com elevados teores de ésteres de alto poder repelente de artrópodes."ANAEROBIC URBAN WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM, AGRO-INDUSTRIAL WASTE AND BIOMASS". The system, object of the present patent, has a systemic vision, that is, it redirects and optimizes natural phenomena to treat urban waste and agro-industrial waste and recover and fertilize soils in order to optimize agricultural productivity and preserve nature. It is a system that in about a week fermentes and preserves the food and energy potential of organic matter in a completely different form from those that would occur under conditions of nature left to itself, which would destroy the nutritional potential of organic matter, would pollute waters and atmosphere. The system utilizes strict anaerobic fermentation of the above substrates (urban waste, agro-industrial waste and disposal) hereafter referred to as substrates only and has as a final product high protein content solid, farinaceous animal feed or feed, high nutritional value and compost. leaf foliar with great ability to repel insects, both classifiable as organic products of great cultural value today, both of which are fertilizers recovering soil fertility by stimulating the growth and action of microflora and adding to the soil gelling humic acids, not polluting the atmosphere with emission of odorous gases, not being methanogenic, characterized by being the inoculant, causing the process, composed of about 50 different types of microorganisms, basically yeasts, actinomycetes, bacilli and photobacteria, whose cultures destined to make the inoculant are kept in a vivarium They originate from the collection, isolation, identification, selection and creation of mutant strains, and said inoculant can be altered according to the substrates, local conditions, processing time and the desired final result and that after 168 hours It ends the strict anaerobic process by transforming the substrate into liquid leaf manure, solid manure, farinaceous and / or bran-shaped animal feed with high levels of high-power arthropod-repellent esters.
