Abstract

<B>CILINDROS HIDRáULICOS MESTRES PARA EMBREAGENS DE VEìCULO<D> Um cilindro hidráulico tem um pistão (13) com uma vedação (21) em contato deslizante vedado dentro de um furo (12) para definir uma câmara de trabalho (16) à frente do pistão para a descarga de fluido pressurizado a partir do furo através de uma saída (17) quando o pistão está realizando um curso de trabalho, uma entrada (20) é provida para dentro do furo a partir de um reservatório associado para permitir a conexão entre o reservatório e a câmara de trabalho quando o pistão está em um estado totalmente retraído para recuperação de fluido a partir do reservatório para a câmara de trabalho. A conexão entre o reservatório e a câmara de trabalho é provida através de uma luva (27) no furo (12) que inclui entalhes (28) axialmente estendidos, os entalhes sendo fechados pela vedação (21) de pistão durante um curso de trabalho do cilindro mas as extremidades (30) dos entalhes sendo abertas quando o pistão (13) está em uma condição totalmente retraída dento da luva dessa forma se desviando da luva de pistão para conectar a câmara de trabalho e o reservatório. A luva (27) também pode ter uma função secundária de proporcionar um ponto de apoio (31) para uma mola de retorno (32) que retorna o pistão à sua posição totalmente retraída quando é liberado um pedal de operação (14), associado ao pistão (13).
