Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO DESFIBRADOR DE AVANçO AUTOMáTICO PARA FERRAMENTAS DE MáQUINA COM REMOçãO DE DETRITOS". Dispositivo de desfibramento de avanço automático, particularmente para instalação de filtragem de líquido lubrificante/refrigerante para ferramentas de máquina com remoção de detritos, que incorpora um elemento de canal (2), no qual é assentado um transportador de rosca motorizado (4) que apresenta uma extremidade de diâmetro reduzido (10) que passa através de um corpo cilíndrico internalmente ranhurado (11). Um rotor com ressalto (19) é axialmente virado para cima contra o lado de fora do corpo cilíndrico ranhurado (11) e sua rotação controlada pelo transportador de rosca (4). Os detritos, desenrolados e estirados a partir da ponta de diâmetro reduzido (10) do transportador de rosca (4) ao longo do corpo cilíndrico ranhurado (11), são empurrados na direção do rotor com ressalto (19) e desfibrados.
