Um transdutor tem um fechamento, para componentes montados no substrato (13), que compreende: um componente de tampa (16); e um componente periférico (17) de material plástico preso por um lado ao componente de tampa (16) e por outro lado ao substrato (13); o componente de tampa (16) e o componente periférico (17) servem para definir um fechamento hermeticamente selado (18) para a estrutura de eletrodo (12). A invenção ainda compreende uma peça de trabalho que porta o transdutor, para permitir que uma deformação gerada na peça de trabalho seja examinada por meio do transdutor.
