A invenção refere-se a uma endoprótese de articulação escápulo-umeral, que consiste em uma cabeça de articulação esférica (rótula) e em uma parte de cabo (1) a ser ancorada no úmero com uma cabeça de prótese (2). No caso, a cabeça da prótese (2) apresenta na sua superfície externa um grande número de furos (3) nos quais podem ser cravados, por fecho pela força e pela forma, pinos (5) que retêm os fragmentos do tubérculo (4).
