Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"UNIDADE DE BOMBEAMENTO DO TIPO PARAFUSO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE FLUIDOS EM FASES DIVERSAS"<D>. Uma unidade de bombeamento do tipo parafuso (51) para o tratamento de fluidos em fases diversas compreende uma caixa (54) que contém uma câmara de bombeamento (62), dentro da qual são acomodados pelo menos dois parafusos (70a, 70b), um dos quais (70a) é um parafuso regulador, e sustenta em uma de suas extremidades uma primeira engrenagem (108a), que engata uma segunda engrenagem (108b), que por sua vez é sustentada em uma extremidade de um parafuso regulado (70b). A primeira e a segunda engrenagens (108a, 108b) são contidas em um invólucro (110) encaixado sobre as mesmas e provido com pelo menos dois furos de saída (112, 114) produzidos em duas porções substancialmente opostas, através das quais será admitido óleo no interior do dito invólucro (110), e em que o óleo poderá ser descarregado através do outro furo de saída (114), de tal forma que o invólucro (110), juntamente com as engrenagens (108a, 108b), forme uma bomba de engrenagem que pode manter o óleo de lubrificação da unidade de bombeamento
