Abstract

Resumo da Patente de invenção: "DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO HIDRáULICO PARA A EXTRUSãO TRANSVERSAL DE PEçAS DE TRABALHO" A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de fechamento hidráulico para a extrusão transversal de peças de trabalho, com duas metades de matriz (22, 42) móveis uma em relação à outra e que podem ser fechadas uma com a outra, e dois cunhos de prensar móveis com as mesmas velocidades em relação às metades de matriz fechadas, sendo que um primeiro êmbolo hidráulico (16), ao lado do qual está disposta a primeira metade de matriz (22), está disposto em um primeiro cilindro hidráulico (6), móvel axialmente, no qual é disposto o primeiro cunho de prensar (20), e um segundo êmbolo hidráulico (36) suporta de forma deslocável um segundo êmbolo hidráulico (36) em um segundo cilindro hidráulico (26), espacialmente fixo. Ele é caracterizado pelo fato de que a segunda metade de matriz (42) é disposta espacialmente fixa, enquanto o segundo cunho de prensar (40) é disposto no segundo êmbolo hidráulico (36), o qual, quando da extrusão transversal da peça de trabalho, é solicitado com agente de pressão deslocável do primeiro êmbolo hidráulico (16).
