Abstract

"CARRO DE SEMENTES E DOSADOR DE PRODUTO PARA UM SEMEADOR A AR". O dosador ou dosador de produto de um semeador a ar está posicionado verticalmente entre um tanque de produto e um tubo de distribuição de ar primário. O dosador de produto é dotado de uma passagem de entrada e de uma passagem de saída. O produto proveniente do tanque de produto é recebido na passagem de entrada, onde é direcionado para a câmara de dosagem. Um rolete dosador está situado na câmara de dosagem para dosar o produto recebido do tanque de produto. Após o produto ter sido dosado, é transportado através da passagem de saída para o tubo de distribuição primário. Sensores óticos de produto podem ser instalados, ou na passagem de entrada ou na passagem de saída, para detectar a operação do dosador de produto.
