Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DO TIPO INSTRUMENTO OU APARELHO DE MEDIçãO OU DE DETECçãO, APARELHO OU INSTRUMENTO DE MEDIçãO, E, CAPTOR OU DETECTOR". A presente invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de um dispositivo do tipo instrumento ou aparelho de medição ou de detecção, notadamente de um captor ou de um detector, assim como a dispositivos obtidos por esse processo. Processo caracterizado pelo fato de que ele consiste essencialmente em pré-montar os diferentes componentes ativos (2,2') do dispositivo (1'), dos quais alguns são eventualmente agrupados em um ou vários subconjuntos funcionais (3), sobre e/ou dentro de um corpo de suporte (4), e depois em resinar o conjunto pré-montado resultante, assim como eventualmente suas zonas de conexão com um cabo (5) de ligação e/ou de alimentação, para formar uma peça sensivelmente monobloco e, finalmente, em sobre-moldar sob pressão a dita peça resinada, assim como eventualmente a porção proximal do cabo (5), com um material (7) termoplástico compatível com a resina (6) utilizada, para obter um aparelho ou instrumento (1') que apresenta a forma desejada.
