Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE POLìMEROS ESTABILIZADOS COM áLCOOL POLIVINìLICO"<D>. O objetivo da invenção é um processo para a preparação de polímeros à base de monómeros de (met)acrilato estabilizados com álcoois polivinílicos na forma de suas dispersões aquosas e pós de dispersão redispersíveis em água por meio de polimerização por emulsão iniciada radicalmente ou polimerização por suspensão de um ou vários monómeros do grupo dos ésteres do ácido acrílico ou ácido matacrílico e eventualmente outros monómeros copolimerizáveis com os mesmos, na presença de um ou vários colóides protetores do grupo dos álcoois polivinílicos e eventualmente secagem da dispersão aquosa obtida com os mesmos, caracterizado pelo fato de que a) é polimerizado na presença de 0,001 até 0,02%, em peso, de iniciador, eventualmente ainda 0,001 até 0,03%, em peso, de agente de redução, em cada caso com relação ao peso total dos monómeros; e b) são introduzidos previamente 10 até 50%, em peso, dos monómeros, com relação ao peso total dos monómeros e o restante é dosado; e c) o iniciador bem como eventualmente o agente de redução são dosados ao todo, sendo que até o decurso de um espaço de tempo que importa de 50 até 80% de todo o tempo de polimerização, são dosados continuamente 25 até 60%, em peso, de toda a quantidade do iniciador e eventaualmente da quantidade de agente de redução; e d) no tempo de polimerização remanescente a quantidade restante de iniciador e eventualmente do agente de redução são acrescentados acelerados com uma quota de dosagem pelo menos duplamente tão alta como na etapa c).
