Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ALOJAMENTO DE REVELADOR QUE APRESENTA UM CONTROLE APERFEIçOADO DE EMISSãO DE TONER"<D>. Máquina de impressão eletrofotográfica do tipo na qual uma imagem latente eletrostática registrada em uma superfície retentora de carga é revelada com partículas de toner para formar uma imagem visível da mesma. Um alojamento de revelador de Revelação Híbrida isenta de Lavagem (HSD) é projetado para controlar a emissão de toner através do emprego de duas tubulações de exaustão externa e de captura interna [JMC16]. A localização das duas tubulações se dá acima e abaixo dos rolos doadores superior e inferior, respectivamente. As tubulações são montadas em uma posição para aperfeiçoar o controle das emissões, bem como as reduções no fluxo necessárias para se conseguir a tarefa. As tubulações superior e inferior são capazes de controlar o toner desprendido emitido pelo alojamento e pela nuvem de pó de toner, mas elas não podem coletar o toner liberado pela nuvem de pó superior. Para impedir o acúmulo de toner nas regiões intermediárias do módulo de fio, é incorporada uma tubulação como parte integral da armação de módulo de fio. Finalmente, o toner liberado na região entre os dois rolos doadores próxima da superfície magnética do rolo pode ser controlado com a inserção de uma placa defletora.
