Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA A TERMOFIXAçãO DE UM TECIDO DE MALHA DE FORMATO TUBULAR". Um aparelho (1; 301) para termofixar um tecido de malha (48) de formato tubular compreende um dispositivo de expansão plana (13) que estende o tecido tubular (48) em um formato substancialmente plano, com duas superfícies sobrepostas (148, 148') e fazendo com que o dito tecido assuma uma largura predeterminada, um dispositivo transportador (18; 318, 318') que alimenta o dito tecido tubular plano, os elementos da termofixação (19, 20, 30, 28, 28'; 320, 320') que formam pelo menos um fluxo de ar, a uma temperatura predeterminada, e hastes guia (127, 127'; 327, 327') associadas com os elementos de transporte e os elementos de termofixação; as hastes (127, 127'; 327, 327') sendo capazes de suportar internamente o tecido tubular plano (48) ao longo de suas bordas laterais (47, 47') devido à ação dos elementos de termofixação, enquanto mantém as bordas laterais estendidas, deixando as duas superfícies sobrepostas livres para serem atravessadas pelo fluxo de ar e mantendo a largura do tecido tubular plano inalterada.
