Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA DEIXAR PLANO E EXTRAIR, PARA UMA TIRA DE FOLHA EM FORMA DE TUBO DE MATERIAL SINTéTICO FABRICADA NO PROCESSO DE SOPRO". Um dispositivo para deixar plano e extrair para uma tira de folha em forma de tubo de material sintético fabricada no processo de sopro por uma cabeça de sopro de folha de plástico disposta fixamente, apresenta placas para deixar plano e cilindros de esmagamento que podem girar de forma reversível em torno do eixo da folha de tubo conduzida. A tira de folha em forma de tubo deixada plana é conduzida pelos cilindros de esmagamento, através de um cilindro de desvio fixo, de um cilindro de desvio externo e de uma barra reversível interna, para um dispositivo de enrolamento. A barra reversível é constituída de um tubo, que em sua área de revestimento, envolvida pela tira de folha em forma de tubo, está equipado com furos, e o qual está conectado a um soprador. A fim de extrair a tira de folha em forma de tubo, em essência, com a mesma lubrificação de ar através da barra reversível, está previsto um comando ou uma regulagem de tal maneira que, independente do tamanho da área de revestimento da barra reversível coberta pela tira de folha em forma de tubo, e equipada com furos, o ar soprado sai dos furos cobertos com pressão aproximadamente igual.
