Abstract
This binding agent finds application for construction purposes. It features high strength characteristics and is obtained by a simplified process at minimal energy cost. The substance is tuff-based and contains, in percent; 5-6 raw gypsum, 20-30 alkaline activator mixture, 8-12 natural sand, depending on the necessity, and 55-75 volcanic tuff. The alkaline activator is made up of Portland cement clinker and limestone at a ratio between 1:2 and 2:1.
