Abstract
Методът намира приложение във фармацевтичната промишленост за получаване на аналгетични средства. По метода съединение с обща формула а-сн2-y ii в която y означава хидроксигрупа и а е 1-бензил-индазол-3-ил, взаимодейства с алкален метал или негово производно съединение, като се получава алкохолат с обща формула а-сн2-оме iii в която ме означава атом на алкален метал, а а има посоченото значение. Полученият алкохолат взаимодейства със съединение с обща формула х-сrr'-сооr'' iv в която r и r' са еднакви и означават сн3, а х означава халоген, при което се получава етер с обща формула а-сн2-о-сrr'-сооr'' v, който се хидролизира до получаването на етер на 1-бензил-3-хидроксиметил-индазол с обща формула а-сн2-о-сrr'-сооr''' i в която а, r и r' имат посочените значения, а r''' означава водород. 9 претенцииThe method is used in the pharmaceutical industry to obtain analgesics. In the method, a compound of general formula a-cn2-y ii in which y is a hydroxy group and a is 1-benzyl-indazol-3-yl is reacted with an alkali metal or its derivative compound, obtaining an alcoholate of general formula a-cn2- ome iii in which me is an alkali metal atom and a has the indicated meaning. The resulting alcoholate reacts with a compound of the general formula x-crr'-coor'' iv in which r and r' are the same and denote ch3 and x denotes halogen, whereby an ether of the general formula a-cn2-o-crr' is obtained -coor'' v which hydrolyzes to give 1-benzyl-3-hydroxymethyl-indazole ether of general formula a-cn2-o-crr'-coor''' i wherein a, r and r' have the meanings, and r''' stands for hydrogen. 9 claims
