Abstract
The prepared acid proteinase can be used in the leather and food industries. The method permits high productivity upon permanent physiological condition of the culture and permanent cultivation parameters. It does not require special apparatuses and can be applied on an industrial scale. The Humicola lutea strain, registered in the National Bank for Industrial Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (NBIMCC) under No. 391, is cultivated until enzyme activity of 1,000 unit/ml is reached. Then the system is turned in a mode of continuous cultivation at a dilution rate of 0.03-0.06 h<-1>.
