Abstract

This share is used in ploughs conducting main soil treatment of terrains susceptible to water erosion. It reduces the pulling resistance and enhances the chop down of soil. The share consists of a cutting part, comprising a trapezium-shaped cogs /1/ with constant proportion between the width and the step of 0.48:0.52 at consecutive increase of the width from 55 to 80 mm, of the altitude - from 28 to 40 mm, and of the step - from 110 to 160 mm, from the nose to the heel of the share. The left wall /5/ of the cogs is parallel, while the right /3/ is perpendicular, to the direction of movement. The inter-cog spaces comprise 33 to 36% of the length of the cutting part and are shaped as similar rectangular triangles with geometric sizes in proportion 1:1.02:1.42, while their larger side is with a length equal to the width of the preceding trapezium-shaped cog. The internal peaks /8/ are located higher than the trapezium-shaped cogs at a growing difference in the altitude of the nose part to the end of the cutting part. The chisel's width is 16.3% of the length of the cutting part, thickness 2.4-2.6 of the width of the ploughshare and a cutting edge (7), located at 20-22 mm below the level of the cutting edges of the trapezium-shaped cogs /1/.
