Abstract
The system is used for subsoil irrigation and/or fertilization of vegetables, strawberries, flowers, seedlings and other crops, typical for modern vegetable and plant-growing. It provides regular and constant irrigation and /or feeding up of the crops; the system supplies balanced oxygen, water and nutritive substances for an active completing of the processes in the root system; no occlusions or choking of the half-pipes or fibro fabric are observed. During the entire vegetation period no additional soil cultivation and other agro technical actions are needed. The use of the separate areas with cultural plants is increased, as a result the yield from unit of area increases. The system includes half-pipes (1) longitudinally placed along the rows. Fibro fabric (2) covered with a fertile soil layer (3) are placed in slopes over the half-pipes. This artificially created water-carrying layer is connected to distributing pipes, a trunk pipeline and a water source or tank. The half-pipe is placed under or over the fibro fabric (2), along the row. The fibro fabric is perforated; the openings are oval, circular or polygonal. If needed the fabric is below with a water-proof material beyond the projection of the half-pipe.
