Abstract

The burned is designed for use in industrial ovens of machine building and metallurgy. It has a wide scope of application and an enhanced power spending capacity. It consists of a vertical corpus with an in-leading air orifice, outgoing whirling mixer and coaxially located in the corpus gas and air collectors with nozzles. Besides, it contains an injector mixer with a central gas-distributing nod and a confusery-diffusery outgoing edge. Between the two collectors, there is a recuperative thermal-exchange, which is plugged to the entry of the smoking gases via lateral orifices. The burner has an additional air chamber, located in the front part of the corpus and an additional collector, supplied with nozzles that are plugged into the air collector and the whirling mixer. The incoming air orifice is plugged tangently to the air chamber, while the lateral orifices for passing the smoke gases are located coaxially one against the other.
