Abstract
Метод за получаване на склареол и по-специално на екстракт с високо съдържание на склареол, в даден случай кристален склареол, характеризиращ се с това, че навлажнена, мокра или суха салвиева дрога, освободена от етерични масла, се екстрахира с 10-20-кратно количество спрямо дрогата смес от алкохол-вода, съдържаща 20-70% об.алифатен алкохол с 1-3 въглеродни атома при температура 2057'с, остатък, получен след отделяне на алкохола, в даден случай до 10-20%, се екстрахира с алифатен въглеводород с 5-8 въглеродни атома, в даден случай хлориран алифатен въглеводород, полученият органичен слой се концентрира и по желание така полученият екстракт се пречиства за отделяне на кристален склареол.
