Abstract

Синхронизиращо устройство за зъбна скоростна кутия, по-специално за моторни возила, вклюващо съединителна муфа, аксиално подвижна по външната обиколна повърхност на носача на муфата, коя то от двете с страни има конични синхронни фрикционни тела с издатъци и зъбни колела с конични фрикционни повърхности, характеризиращо се с това, че съединителната муфа по вътрешната си повърхност има пръстен с дъгообразни изрези, който е прекъснат от нутове за направляващите рамена на носещ пръстен и от направляващи плоскости за стопорни елементи, разположени равномерно по периферията на синхронните тела, свързани неподвижно с последните и крепещи се в издатъци с чифт направляващи плоскости, като при това пръстенът е снабден с включващи зъби, оформени от двете му страни съвпадащи със зъбния венец на синхронните конуси, които са закрепени неподвижно към зъбни колела, а от двете страни на направляващите плоскости, където те се стесняват, са оформени стопорни рамена.
