Abstract

The present invention relates to a fully automated continuous mixing apparatus for production of cement mortars and foamed concrete of various quality and volume weight. The housing has at least two hoppers for dry materials, which may be Portland cement, gypsum, lime, ready-mixed dry mortars and dry sand. In each hopper there is an auger batcher driven by a stepper motor feeding the set amount of dry material into a dry mortar mixer in which the augers are side by side, the mixer construction is only open at the bottom and nozzles inject the required water with chemical additives. A foam generator feeds foam to produce foamed concrete. The stepper motors on the augers and peristaltic pumps for the water and chemical components with precise speed variation modify the processes for the continuous production of cement mortars and foam concretes of different qualities and volume weights and the automatic change of the mix ingredients.
