Abstract
The invention relates to reinforced concrete poles and a method for their production, which will find an application in agriculture, as well as for creating support and protection structures against hails and sun protection systems. In this method for the production of reinforced concrete poles parallel to one another, steel reinforcing ropes from 4 to 12 units, which are positioned at a specified distance, after which, the steel reinforcing ropes with a thickness of 3.50 to 7.50 mm are tensioned by a force of up to 54 kN, depending on their thickness. Each of the ropes includes at least two steel wires which have a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm, whereby the steel reinforcing ropes are fixed in their opposing ends along the metal mold and are tensioned by a hydraulic unit. The concrete mixture is applied on pre-positioned tensioned rebar and is vibro-compacted, whereby the reinforced concrete poles rest in the metal mold from 36 to 96 hours at an average temperature of 20оС, with subsequent extraction and cutting. The reinforced concrete pole produced according to this method is made of pre-homogenized concrete mixture including sand, crushed stone, cement, and water in the following wt.%: sand from 28 to 40, crushed stone from 42 to 50, cement from 12 to 25, water from 6 to 8 and super-plasticizer from 0.17 to 0.5, whereby inside the pole are located from 4 to 12 parallel to one another and pre-tensioned steel reinforcing ropes with a thickness of 3.50 to 7.50 mm, whereby each of the ropes includes at least two steel wires with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm.
