Abstract

The device can be applied both in individual households and in the preparation of food in public catering establishment: restaurants, snack bars, etc. It avoids any burning of foods during their cooking. Its structures allows mechanical stirring wherein all the most important parameters forming any burning in a mixture of liquid phase and solid phase ingredients found under conditions of unbalanced heating are controlled. The device comprises a stirrer (4) driven by a small motor (2) fitted to the upper part of the cooking vessel (1) or to its cover and a mechanism for the control of the distance from the bottom, or the pressure on it, respectively. All parameters critical in the process of burning are strictly controlled: contact angle (mu) at which the stirrer attacks the stirred mixture, the radius of rounding (R) of the profile of the stirrer (4), the pressure at which stirrer (4) exercises over the bottom of vessel (1), the speed of the revolutions of the stirrer (4), and others.
