Abstract

The invention relates to a lactic acid drink fermented with lactic acid microorganisms. It ensures well-aimed favourable effect on human organism. It has clearly expressed probiotic properties with awide spectrum of bioregulation effect, expressed in the normalization and enriching of the gastrointestinal microflora. The taste, the appearance and the consistency of the drink are improved. It comprises freeze dried monocultures of Lactobacillus acidophilus; Bifidobacterium bifidum, fermented product of fresh or restored low-lactose skimmed cows' milk and oligosaccharides, fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrukii subs. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, sweetener, fruit additives and/or biologically active dry vegetative extracts and/or biological additives, in particular apiary products, optionally vitamin additive and/or aromatics and colourants.
