Abstract
The method and the installation are used for recycling of plastic packagings having liquid oil residues, which are rendered harmless by means of wasteless technology and reduced to granulate of polymer and motor oil. The installation comprises an inlet conveyor (1), metal detector (2), grinder (11), second inclined conveyor (6) entering the grinder (11), first screw conveyor (13) to a station for the separation of mixtures (14) and hopper collector (16). Station (14) is a passage centrifuge for the separation of mechanical mixtures and oil residue. Separator (28) of packaging having metal mixtures (29) is fitted next to conveyor (1) after the metal-detector (2). After it there is a large oil bath (3) with vibration absorber on its bottom, on which a base (22) with springs (23) is found, and above it --a vibration platform (25) with vertical supporting axles (24), one of which is guiding and is connected to motor (30) of a chain conveyor (27) over which there are vertical spikes (26) for positioning the packaging material (29). Tipper (38) is fitted above the beginning of conveyor (6). The outlet of grinder (11) is above the beginning of conveyor (13) with latticed bottom, over a small oil bath (12). The outlet of centrifuge (14) is connected to a second screw conveyor (15), entering collector (16) of a granulator (17). First oil pipe (8') with an inlet filter (33) from bath (3), and a second oil pipe (8") with inlet filter (34) from bath (12) are connected to an oil pump (9) which via oil piping (32) is connected to vessel (10) for collecting the separated oil. The conveyor belt (6) is divided in receiving seats (35). Tipper (36) is fitted in the zone of transferring the packagings (29) from conveyor (27) to conveyor (6) on the outer side of which there is an edge (37). Synchronizer (38) is coupled to the control of motors (30 and 39) of conveyors (27 and 6). Heater (4) is mounted in bath (3) and has a heating zone in which conveyor (27) with the packagings (29) on it is found. Heat insulating cover (40) serves for closing the heating zone from above.
