This can be attained when the composition comprises the following components, in wt. %: polyvinylchloride - 100, dioctyl phthalate from 30 to 50, finished chalk (CaCO3) from 35 to 40 and calcium-zinc stabilizer from 3.5 to 4, wherein chlorparaffin from 23 to 27 and stearine lubricant from 1 to 3 are added. Furthermore, two-base lead sulphate can be used in the composition as stabilizer, and stearine or calcium stearate as lubricant.
