The composition has application in low voltage cables with polyvinylchloride insulation and protection sheathing, designed for fixed assembly and operation at low environmental temperatures. The plastifier produced by the composition ensures improved stability of the protection sheathing at low temperatures of cable operation. The protection sheathing comprises the following components, in wt.%: polyvinylchloride 100, calcium-zinc stabilizer 4-5, tricresylphosphate from 8 to 12, dioctylsebacinate from 58 to 63, synthetic silicon dioxide 4.3-4.7 and antioxidant 0.1-0.3. Furthermore two-base lead sulphate is used in the composition as stabilizer.
