Abstract

A ball hitting practice apparatus for use by a hitter is provided. The ball hitting practice includes a substantially rigid member, having a first end and a second end (17, 19), and a hinge (20) capable of suspension from a frame and attached neat the first end (17) of the rigid member (15), such that the rigid member (15) rotates about a substantially horizontal axis, and a ball mounting assembly suspended from the second end (19) of the rigid member (15).
