Abstract

The plate and the method are designed for decorative and heat-insulation facing of building facades without using plastering. The plate has an external layer (1) and an internal heat-insulation layer (2). Layer (1) is in the form of a thin-layer slab, integrally connected along its entire internal side to layer (2), which is also in the form of a rectangular slab with thickness determined based on the heat engineering requirements. In the external layer (1), to its internal side, and across the heat-insulation internal layer (2), U-shaped wires (3) are anchored outwards, in the upper and the lower ends of the plate. The upper wires end with rings. The method includes the arrangement of the lower-most facing plates in horizontal rows and levelling. Then, opposite the rings of the upper wires (3), in the wall (4), holes are bored in which dowels are fitted, and by means of screws (5), the plates are assembled to the wall (4). Between the plates and the walls, around the wires, betanol (6) mortar is injected in the upper and the lower ends of each plate.
