Abstract

The actuator is designed for steam and hot-water boilers fired on liquid fuels. It activates (when the fuel crosses the established zone) the compositions of the fuel to the oxygen which is supplied additionally for the generation of the combustion process. The magnetic actuator consists of four segments, turning their same poles to each other The segments are made of ALNIKO-5 alloy with induction 1.25 T and intensity 49.0 kA/m. They are fitted on the fuel duct, supplying the injector, in pairs, by brackets, at a distance maximum of 1500 mm from the injector.
