Abstract

The section beam (1, 30), in particular a beam for window anddoor frames (70) contains an element of the inner metal sectionbeam (2, 32) and an element of an outer metal section beam (3, 33)connected by means of insulation beams (4, 34, 340). Theinsulation beams (4, 34, 340) are inclined toards the elements ofthe inner (2, 32) and outer (3, 33) metal section beam and atleast one of them (4, 34) has a tongue (20, 53) in the form of areverse L. Tongue (20, 53) is connected to the T-shaped tongue(18) 48) of the element of the inner metal section beam (2, 32)forming a central notch (21, 54) suitable for housing an extracomponent formed either by a central sealing (22) or of an elementused for fixing the window panel 923).5 claims, 3 figures
