Abstract

Методът намира приложение за ремонтни работи на паропроводи при възстановяване изолацията на място.С него се съкращава времето за възстановяване на изолацията, намаляват се разходите за труд и материали и при избягване спирането на системата се постига подобрено качество на изолацията. По метода се изработва поне един отвор (14) в земята, в койтосе вкарва втулка (34), след което се използва пробивно стебло (44, 46) за пробиване на отвор (47) визолационната тръба (18) и се вкарва тръба (48) във втулката (34), така че първият й край се позиционира близо до паропровода (20), а вторият се присъединява към изпомпваща система (52, 54). През тръбата (48) се изпомпва пенообразен изолационен материал около паропровода (20), тръбата се отстраняваи пенообразният материал (60) има възможност да се втвърди, като функционира като изолация. Пластичният пенообразен материал (60) може да бъде полиизоцианит или уретаново модифициран полиизоцианит.
