Немлечните хранителни добавки включват захар, подсладители, концентрирани плодови продукти, растителни и зеленчукови подправки, какао, ароматизатори, оцветители. Като стабилизатор се използват полизахариди, например царевично или пшенично модифицирано нишесте.
