Abstract

Roue dentée trouvant notamment son utilisation dans le domaine du vélo-cross ou moto-cross pour équiper des cycles, motocyclettes, vélomoteurs ou autres, et son procédé de fabrication. La roue dentée 1 est constituée par un disque 2 présentant sur sa périphérie une multitude de dents 3, définissant un diamètre primitif de la denture et des entre-dents 7; ces dents 3 coopérent avec les maillons 4 d'une chaine de transmission 5; La roue 1 comporte des moyens pour augmenter la pression des maillons 4 de la chaine 5 sur la boue accumulée dans le fond de chaque entre-dents 7 lors de son utilisation, coopérant avec des moyens pour évacuer la boue du fond de chaque entre-dents 7 afin de ne pas augmenter le diamètre primitif de la denture. Son procédé de fabrication est caractérisé par la réalisation des rainures 12 successivement sur le disque 2 par fraisage ou par brochage par l'intermédiaire d'un bati autorisant le positionnement automatique de chaque entre-dents 7 face à un outil de rainurage.
