Abstract

Un procédé d'optimisation de l'assimilation de la ration alimentaire chez les ruminants à l'engraissement, comportant éventuellement une période d'entretien, suivant lequel on fait ingérer par le ruminant, en meme temps que la ration alimentaire normale, une quantité efficace de sorbitol.
