Abstract
Système de communication utilisant un réseau local. Pour éviter les collisions, chaque poste comporte des moyens pour générer un signal pilote spécifique à ce poste, lequel signal pilote est transmis à un niveau qui est faible comparé à celui utilisé pour la transmission des données. Des moyens dans chacun desdits postes reçoivent leur propre signal pilote après qu'il soit passé de l'émetteur du poste à travers une longueur de fibre optique vers le coupleur en étoile et de ce dernier par une autre une longueur de fibre optique vers le récepteur du poste, le niveau du signal pilote étant surveillé à la réception.
