Abstract

Réacteur nucléaire dans lequel des broches (91) en forme de pieds s'avancent à partir des coins de chacun des assemblages combustibles (33). La section transversale de chaque broche a la forme d'un secteur circulaire. Les assemblages combustibles sont disposés cote-à-cote de sorte qu'un faisceau de broches voisines s'étend à partir des régions de coin d'assemblages combustibles voisins et présente une surface cylindrique circulaire continue. La plaque de support de noyau (39) est percée de trous circulaires (105) et chaque faisceau de broches s'enfonce dans un des trous. Les dimensions des trous et des broches sont telles que le cylindre formé par chaque faisceau de broches s'enfonce à frottement doux dans son trou.
