Abstract

The slab (1) has a notch (5) in its visible face and the notch acts as a housing for a sheet of transparent material (5') resistant to wear and abrasion. The transparent material is fixed and sealed in the housing in a removable way and the advertisement is placed on the notch base beneath the transparent material.

L'objet de l'invention est d'aménager le publicité en position horizontale sur les sols ou en position verticale sur les murs de telle manière qu'elle puisse

  
être aisément mise en place et facilement changée tout en étant à l'abri de toutes dégradations.

  
L'aménagement de la publicité suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à encastrer de manière amovible une publicité dans une dalle de sol ou

  
de mur.

  
Suivant l'invention, la dalle de sol ou de mur utilisée présente un évidement dans sa face visible et cet évidement sert de logement à une matière transparente, résistant à l'usure et à l'abrasion.

  
Suivant l'invention encore la matière transparente est disposée dans l'évidement de la dalle de manière amovible, pour permettre le placement entre le fond de l'évidement et la matière transparente d'une publicité sous forme de feuille ou analogue, et y est maintenue en place par un moyen de fixation.

Comme on le voit au dessin, dans les diverses figures, on utilise pour l'aménagement de la publicité suivant l'invention une dalle, en béton, béton de résine ou

  
en toute autre matériau répondant aux exigences de l'utilisation, le mot dalle étant pris dans le sens le plus large.

  
Cette dalle peut être rectangulaire 1,2 ou ronde 3,4 ou encore de forme quelconque.

  
La dalle présente sur sa face visible un évide= ment qui peut lui aussi être quelconque, par exemple rectangulaire 5, asymétrique 6, triangulaire 7 ou ronde 8.

  
Dans cet évidement est disposée une matière transparente, respectivement 5',6',7' et 8', épousant la forme de l'évidement.

  
Cette matière transparente peut avantageusement être une vitre en verre ou en matière plastique. Sa transparence n'est pas sa seule caractéristique ; sa résistance nécessaire à l'usure et à l'abrasion imposent une sélection de matière répondant aux diverses applications.

  
La fixation de la matière transparente peut

  
être réalisée par divers moyens mais un système d'étanchéité est prévu empêchant l'infiltration d'eau, par exemple, sous ladite matière. De plus, cette fixation est amovible, de manière que la matière transparente puisse être aisément enlevée et replacée pour changer la publicité.

  
Cette publicité consiste en un support quelconque, tel qu'une affiche en papier, matière plastique

  
ou autre, et elle est placée sur le fond de l'évidement

  
de la dalle sous la matière transparente.

  
Au moyen d'un joint torique ou de toute autre section on peut assurer l'étanchéité et créer un vide

  
sous la matière transparente, le vide étant maintenu pendant le temps s'écoulant entre deux remplacements de publicité. Ceci permet l'utilisation de la dalle en position horizontale, à encastrer dans des pavements, trottoirs ou autres revêtements de sol, aussi bien qu'en position verticale, dans ou devant des murs de corridor, passages, tunnels, etc.

  
D'autres moyens d'étanchéité et/ou de fixation peuvent être prévus, tels que des joints autour de la matière transparente ou dans le pourtour de l'évidement.

  
La section de ces joints est telle que l'étanchéité et

  
le maintien de ladite matière sont assurés. Une ventouse est avantageusement utilisée pour enlever la matière transparente lors du remplacement de la publicité.

  
La matière transparente peut être colorée dans sa masse en n'importe quelle teinte ou une pellicule transparente colorée peut être glissée entre la publicité et la matière transparente.

  
Dans une variante avec une feuille de publicité imputrescible on fait entrer par capillarité de l'eau sous la matière transparente et cette eau la maintient en place. Pour extraire la matière transparente de son logement il suffit d'appliquer une légère pression d'air sous celle-ci
(figure 4).

As can be seen in the drawing, in the various figures, a slab, made of concrete, resin concrete or

This slab can be rectangular 1,2 or round 3,4 or even of any shape.

  
The slab has on its visible face a recess = ment which can also be arbitrary, for example rectangular 5, asymmetrical 6, triangular 7 or round 8.

  
In this recess is disposed a transparent material, respectively 5 ', 6', 7 'and 8', matching the shape of the recess.

  
This transparent material can advantageously be a glass pane or plastic. Its transparency is not its only characteristic; its necessary resistance to wear and abrasion impose a selection of material responding to various applications.

  
The fixing of the transparent material can

  
be carried out by various means but a sealing system is provided preventing water infiltration, for example, under said material. In addition, this attachment is removable, so that the transparent material can be easily removed and replaced to change the advertisement.

the maintenance of said material are ensured. A suction cup is advantageously used to remove the transparent material when replacing the advertisement.

  
The transparent material can be colored in its mass in any shade or a colored transparent film can be slipped between the advertisement and the transparent material.

  
In a variant with a rot-proof advertising sheet, water is introduced by capillarity under the transparent material and this water keeps it in place. To extract the transparent material from its housing, just apply a light air pressure under it
(figure 4).

1. Arrangement for advertising on floors or walls, characterized in that it consists in releasably embedding an advertisement in a floor or wall slab.

Claims

2. Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the floor or wall slab used has a recess in its visible face and in that this recess serves as a housing for a transparent material resistant to wear and abrasion.

3. Arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that fixing and sealing means are provided to hold the transparent material in its housing in a removable manner.

4. Arrangement according to any one of claims 2 and 3, characterized in that it consists in placing the advertisement on the bottom of the recess under the transparent material.
