Abstract
The frame can be factory or site assembled, with an axis of rotation at the base allowing its exact positioning to obtain a sealed cover, and its slate cladding being done from a mobile scaffold. When preinstalled the articulated truss system rests on beams mobile in translation to allow different roof positions to cover masonry work beneath. - Translation is effected by a cable passing over recall gullies and worked by a motorised winch. This assembly rests on extending posts worked by hydraulic jacks, each extension being limited to the length of a piston.
Description

"THE PREFABRICATED ROOF"
The farm in welded and reinforced tubular elements allows the assembly of the roof in prefabrication. The roof can therefore be built under shelter either in the workshop and in this case requires transport or either directly on the site, also under shelter
(multiple constructions.). At the base of the trusses is provided an axis of rotation, which makes it possible to adapt them to the desired position during assembly and sealing overlay. The slate covering is made from a mobile scaffolding, which has the advantage of reducing physical constraints and improving performance.
The prefabricated roof can be placed directly on the finished masonry or then in pre-installation,
which allows the structural workers to work also under cover by bad weather.
In the case of pre-installation, the system of articulated trusses rests on mobile translation beams, which allows the roof to take different positions while the underlying masonry work is taking place. These translational movements are made using a cable passing over return pulleys and controlled from a small motorized winch. This assembly rests on extendable posts controlled by hydraulic cylinders. When the main post rises, the safety relay post also rises by means of a hooking ring. Each extension arriving at the end of the race cannot leave its previous base, given that an extension is equal in length to a length of piston.
When it comes to removing an additional extension, it suffices, the safety post being petted, to lower the piston of the V.H. and rotate the lower stud to the desired position and hook the piston onto the new section. When the masonry is finished, it suffices to take out one movable beam at a time. One side of the roof is blocked using a movement cable and by lifting it slightly using hydraulic jacks, the mobile beam can be released. When the beam is outside the roof, crutches are placed on the truss footings and allow the base of the roof to be taken up by the mobile beam. The same operation is repeated for the other side of the roof.
The assembly is then deposited on the masonry and the two sides securely moored together, the base fixed on the ground and the crawling gables by a suitable system.
