Abstract
The warning switch alerts following traffic prior to intended actions, e.g. before crossing the middle lane of a three-lane road with the intention to turn off rather than to overtake, when slowing down to allow a pedestrian to cross, or when stopped at traffic lights when the road is found to be slippery. - The switch actuates the stop light without using the brake. It is pref. manually operated and arranged behind the trafficator switch.(0/0)

De plaatsing van een bijkomende knop op het dashboard is minder praktisch en moeilijker bereikbaar.
SLOT : De"gevaarstopaanwijzer"is een schakelaar om de stoplichten aan te steken zonder het remcontakt te gebruiken en met het doel het achterkomend verkeer attent te maken op een gevaarsituatie.
De aanwending van de"gevaarstopaanwijzer"moet principieel in talrijke situaties de veiligheid sterk bevorderen, door ondermeer de kans op achterwaartse aanrijding grotendeels uit te schakelen.
De schakelaar zal bij voorkeur ingebouwd worden achter de richtingsaanwijzerschakelaar en op dezelfde wijze te bedienen zijnrichting omhoog/links volstaat.
