Abstract

The arrangement is intended for maintaining tension in the mooring cable of a boat or ship. The cable runs to a mooring winch over four pulleys of which the second and fourth are rotatable about fixed points whilst the first and third are carried by the piston rods of hydraulic cylinders whose pistons are upwardly spring-loaded in cable tensioning direction. The lower end of the first cylinder connects to an oil reservoir which in turn connects to the top of the cylinder, the pressure signal at the lower end of that cylinder being used to control the winding or unwinding (brake release) operation of the winch such that the cable remains tensioned. FL.

De druk op C resulteert erin dat de olie uit de onderliggende hydrolische cilinder weggeperst wordt via een olieleiding
